Tommy Manzo, the ex-husband of Dina Manzo from The Real Housewives of New Jersey, has been indicted as an accomplice to the break-in that happened over four years ago. He has also been connected to the Lucchese crime family and has been called a soldier for them.

Tommy and Dina tied the knot in 2007 and appeared in the first season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. The duo did not have a great marriage and separated in 2012 but officially finalized their divorce in 2016. It was alleged that Tommy hired John Perna in 2015 to assault Dina's then-boyfriend in exchange for a deeply-discounted wedding reception at The Brownstone. Bravo viewers will recall that Tommy is a co-owner with his brother, Albert Manzo, married to Dina’s sister, Caroline, another former RHONJ cast member.

Now, Page Six has reported that he has been indicted as an accomplice in the home invasion that took place in 2017. Bravo fans will remember hearing that Dina’s home had been broken in to and she and her boyfriend had been beaten, tied up, and robbed. In addition, Monmouth County prosecutors announced that Tommy had been indicted on charges that included robbery and stalking.

The 56-year-old turned himself over to the police and is being held pending an appearance at Monmouth County Superior Court. Dina currently lives in California but returned home for Teresa Giudice’s daughter’s first communion. The former housewife revealed that when she and Dave Cantin returned home, there were two men waiting in the shadows. According to records, one man told the couple, “This is what happens when you f–k with people from Paterson.” As a result, both Dina and Dave were held against their will by zip ties, hit with a baseball bat, robbed of her diamond engagement ring, and $500.

While it wasn’t immediately clear what Tommy’s involvement was, the pieces of the puzzle have started to fall into place. A Bayonne native named James Mainello was charged in 2019 for his role, and now it seems the police have found their accomplice. Even though it took four years, the evidence finally showed that Tommy took part in stalking his ex-wife and assaulting them. Hopefully, The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum can feel a little bit safer knowing she will be given justice soon. Dina has not yet spoken out about the news or charges.
